While the algorithms are based on peer-reviewed psychiatric and pharmacological data, they may not cover every clinical scenario or account for all patient-specific factors. Users should always:

  • Consider patient history, comorbidities, and contraindications before applying any Co-Pilot generated outputs.
  • Treat the App as a supportive tool, not an autonomous diagnostic system.

5. Emergency and Crisis Situations

OnDemandPsychiatry is not an emergency response service. If you or someone you are assisting is experiencing a psychiatric emergency, suicidal crisis, or any medical emergency, please contact:
  • 911 (U.S.), or
  • Your local emergency medical service immediately.
This App should never be used as a replacement for emergency intervention or immediate clinical assessment.

6. Data Accuracy and Content Reliability

While MTP Psychiatry LLC strives to maintain the accuracy and reliability of all information, medical and psychiatric knowledge evolves rapidly. We make no guarantees that the content, clinical tools, or drug databases within the App are error-free or continuously updated. You are encouraged to cross-reference all medical information with:

7. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

  • State and federal telehealth and digital health standards
