Developed by a Psychiatrist, Psychopharmacologist, and Addiction Specialist, OnDemandPsychiatry is an Co-Pilot powered clinical support system that assists mental health professionals in delivering accurate, evidence-based care more efficiently.
The platform provides 24/7 real-time clinical guidance, Co-Pilot driven decision support, and automated documentation tools such as progress notes, treatment summaries, and evaluations — saving professionals hours of manual work. Its voice-enabled, hands-free interaction feature allows providers to use it seamlessly during clinic sessions or on-the-go assessments.
This Membership and Payment Policy outlines the structure, payment terms, refund rules, and conditions applicable to all users of the OnDemandPsychiatry platform.
2. Purpose of This Policy
This policy aims to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness for all users regarding:
- Membership options and access tiers
- Payment terms, renewals, and cancellations
- Refund eligibility and limitations
- Member responsibilities and rights
- Contact and support procedures
All users are encouraged to review this policy carefully before enrolling or making payments through OnDemandPsychiatry.
3. Membership Categories
OnDemandPsychiatry offers three distinct membership options tailored to different user needs — from evaluation to long-term professional use.
a. Free Trial Access
- The Free Trial allows new users to explore the platform’s core features for a limited period (as specified during registration).
- This access is intended for evaluation purposes only.
- Trial users can experience Co-Pilot driven support, sample documentation generation, and voice input functions with restricted limits.
- No payment is required during the trial period.
- Once the trial expires, users may choose to upgrade to a Monthly or Yearly paid plan to retain access.
b. Monthly Membership Plan
- The Monthly Plan is a subscription-based option providing full access to all features of OnDemandPsychiatry for 30 days from the date of payment.
- The plan renews automatically every month unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
- Members enjoy unrestricted access to the platform, including:
- Co-Pilot powered clinical decision support
- Auto-generation of professional documentation
- 24/7 availability and updates
- Technical and customer support services
- Payment is made in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
c. Yearly Membership Plan
- The Yearly Plan offers complete access to OnDemandPsychiatry’s premium features for 12 months at a discounted annual rate compared to the monthly plan.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of the 12-month term unless canceled prior to renewal.
- Users opting for the yearly plan gain all the same privileges as monthly users, with added cost savings and uninterrupted access to updates and premium tools throughout the year.
- Payment for the annual plan must be made in full at the start of the subscription.
4. Payment Terms
- Upfront Payment: All membership payments must be completed in advance via secure online payment methods available on the app or website.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved digital payment gateways.
- Automatic Renewal: Both monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
- Pricing and Taxes: Prices are displayed prior to checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes and transaction charges.
- Currency: All charges are processed in the currency stated on the payment page (typically USD or equivalent local currency).
- Billing Receipts: Users will receive a digital invoice or payment confirmation via email upon successful transaction.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to provide clear and consistent refund guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of payment.
If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund. - After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
Once this period passes, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
5.2 Refund Restrictions
- No refunds during an active billing period: Refunds will not be issued once a billing cycle has started. Members will continue to have access to all services until the end of the paid term.
- No refunds on renewals: Automatic renewals of monthly or yearly memberships are non-refundable. Please cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid future charges.
- No prorated or partial refunds: Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused days after the 14-day refund window.
5.3 Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mtppsychiatry.com and include:
- Full name and registered email address
- Transaction or order number
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
6. Cancellations and Account Management
- Members can cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for future billing cycles.
- Access to OnDemandPsychiatry will continue until the end of the current paid term.
- Once canceled, users can re-subscribe at any time by selecting a new plan.
7. Membership Renewal Policy
To ensure uninterrupted access, all paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days.
- Yearly plans renew every 12 months.
- Users are notified by email prior to renewal.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that payment methods are valid and up to date.
- OnDemandPsychiatry is not responsible for failed renewals due to expired or declined payment methods.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. In rare cases such as medical emergencies or exceptional hardships, users may contact our support team for review.
While refunds after 14 days are not guaranteed, we may offer alternative solutions such as:
- Temporary account suspension
- Credit transfer to a future period
- Deferred membership resumption
Such requests are handled solely at the discretion of OnDemandPsychiatry.
9. Data Privacy and Security
OnDemandPsychiatry ensures the protection of all personal and payment data through encrypted and secure channels. We do not store sensitive financial details.
